Cookie Policy

This page explains what cookies are, which ones we use on this website, and how you can manage your preferences. We aim to keep things straightforward and give you meaningful control.
1. What Are Cookies
Cookies are small text files that a website saves on your device when you visit. They are widely used to help websites work reliably, remember your preferences, and give site owners a general picture of how visitors use their pages.
Cookies do not give us access to your device and cannot run programmes. They simply store small pieces of information — for example, whether you have already agreed to this cookie notice.
2. Cookie Types We Use
We organise cookies into four categories below. Essential cookies are always active; the others are optional and can be adjusted in the preferences section further down this page.
3. Third-Party Cookies
Some features on this site involve services from trusted third parties. These providers may place their own cookies on your device, subject to their own privacy policies:
- Google Analytics — page and session analytics. Google Privacy Policy
- Meta (Facebook Pixel) — ad measurement and retargeting. Meta Privacy Policy
- Microsoft (Bing Ads) — ad conversion tracking. Microsoft Privacy Statement
- Google Maps — embedded map on our homepage. Google Privacy Policy
We do not sell your data to any third party and do not use cookies for purposes beyond those described here.
4. Cookie Duration
Cookies fall into two broad groups by how long they persist:
- Session cookies — these exist only while your browser is open. They are deleted automatically when you close the tab or browser. We use session cookies for basic site functionality.
- Persistent cookies — these remain on your device until they reach their set expiry date or until you delete them. Analytics and marketing cookies are typically persistent, with durations ranging from 90 days to two years depending on the provider.
5. Your Cookie Preferences
Use the controls in the cookie cards above to choose which categories are active, then save your selection. Your choices are stored in your browser and will be respected on your next visit.
Changes take effect immediately and are stored in your browser's localStorage.
6. Managing Cookies in Your Browser
You can also control cookies directly through your browser settings. Below are brief guides for the most common browsers. Note that blocking all cookies may affect how some parts of this site work.

7. Your Rights
You have the right to withdraw or change your cookie consent at any time using the controls on this page. Withdrawing consent does not affect how cookies were used before your withdrawal.
Disabling optional cookies means we will not be able to track site usage for improvement purposes or serve relevant ads, but the main content and contact features of this site will remain accessible.
For questions about cookies or how we handle your data more broadly, contact us at [email protected].
