We also try to read the room. If a session calls for more listening than talking, that is what happens. If a direct recommendation is what you need, we will give you that instead.

Our three services are priced to be accessible to small business owners — not to match corporate consulting rates. The Starting Point Conversation at RM 330 is deliberately low-threshold; it is designed to make it easy for an owner to try us before committing to a longer engagement.
Everything is included in the quoted price. There are no additional charges for the written summaries, no travel surcharges for meetings in the Klang Valley, and no automatic renewal on the Year-Ahead Companion without your agreement.

A few things we do that most consulting arrangements do not offer.
The Starting Point Conversation
A single RM 330 session that comes with no obligation to continue. Many consultancies have a minimum commitment of several sessions or a fixed-term contract. We do not. If one conversation is all that is useful, that is fine with us.
Process mapping included
The Operations Tidy-Up includes a process map of your day-to-day operations — something many owners have never seen laid out visually. It often changes how they see the business, even before any changes are made.
Quarterly adaptation built in
The Year-Ahead Companion does not set a plan and walk away. Quarterly meetings are specifically for reviewing what has changed and adjusting the direction accordingly — plans made in January often need to shift by April.
Plain-language written summaries
After every session, you receive a short written note in plain language — not a formal report full of business-school terminology. It is written to be useful, not to demonstrate how much we know.
